Maintenance plan

The plan covers two visits a year: a furnace check in the fall and an air conditioner check in the spring. Each visit includes cleaning, a safety check and a short written report on the condition of the system.

Members get first choice of appointment times during heat waves and cold snaps, when the schedule fills up fastest.
